Legislative Rainbow – Theatre-Based Solutions for Organizations

Legislative Rainbow

Theatre-Based Solutions for Organizational Problems

An innovative drama-based approach that enables groups to self-legislate their code of conduct and ethics, creating healthier work, study, and living environments.

How It Works

Legislative Rainbow has been successfully introduced to professional teams to address critical issues including sexual harassment, workplace burnout, feelings of loneliness, and community co-living challenges.

Unlike traditional conflict resolution methods, Legislative Rainbow doesn’t focus on declared conflicts. Instead, it uses playfulness and theatre games to explore community emotions, fears, and deep needs.

The process empowers groups to peel back layers together, discovering where their gifts and wounds lie. This enables all parties to stage real conflicts on a theatrical level and address them through the group’s self-legislative process.

Through a non-judgmental, engaging, and playful approach, Legislative Rainbow fosters collective well-being, inclusion, and respect for human ecosystems.
